Lesson three – Helpscout

Welcome to lesson 3 of my app course.

No one intends to be bad at email. I can’t keep up. My inbox is flooded with advertisements, emails from salesmen, bills, and a million other things that probably aren’t that important. 

When I first started my business, in addition to all of those items I just mentioned, I had job leads coming through my email too. 

It didn’t take long for me to realize that having important project leads competing for my attention with the rest of my inbox was a recipe for disaster. In this video, I show you the new system that we use a system that keeps project leads separate from your personal email. I also show you how this new system helps you to automate replies so that you can spend less time on mundane things like typing the same quote over and over and over.

The best thing about this service, which I didn’t mention in the video…  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ … is that you can share your inbox with multiple people so you can easily integrate an assistant or business partner into your system without having to have multiple email addresses.
